সাধু যোহন লিখিত সুসমাচার (গ্রিক: Εὐαγγέλιον κατὰ Ἰωάννην) হল চতুর্থ প্রামাণ্য সুসমাচার। এই সুসমাচারটির লেখকের নাম অপ্রকাশিত; যদিও এটির ঐতিহ্যগত সূত্র হিসাবে যিশুর এক অজ্ঞাতনামা ""প্রিয় শিষ্য"কে চিহ্নিত করা হয়। এটির রচনাশৈলী ও বিষয়বস্তুর সঙ্গে তিনটি যোহনীয় পত্রের ঘনিষ্ঠ সম্পর্ক বিদ্যমান। যোহন লিখিত সুসমাচার, উল্লিখিত তিনটি পত্র ও প্রকাশিত বাক্য – এই পুস্তক পাঁচটি কোনও একজন মাত্র লেখকের রচনা না হলেও অধিকাংশ গবেষকই এগুলিকে এককভাবে যোহনীয় সাহিত্য সংগ্রহ হিসাবে বর্ণনা করেন।

এই সুসমাচারে নিবদ্ধ ধর্মোপদেশগুলি এটির রচনার সমসাময়িক যুগের চার্চ-সিনাগগ বিতর্ক-সংক্রান্ত বিষয়গুলির প্রেক্ষিতে গুরুত্ববহ ছিল বলে মনে হয়। যোহন লিখিত সুসমাচারে লক্ষণীয় বিষয় এই যে, এই পুস্তকে উল্লিখিত খ্রিস্টান সম্প্রদায় স্বীয় সংজ্ঞা প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে একটি বৃহত্তর খ্রিস্টীয় সম্প্রদায়ের অংশ হিসাবে নিজেদের চিহ্নিত করার তুলনায় ইহুদি সম্পদায়ের সঙ্গে তাদের পার্থক্য নিরুপণে বিশেষ গুরুত্ব আরোপ করেছে। খ্রিস্টধর্মের সূত্রপাত যদিও ইহুদি ধর্মের মধ্যেই একটি আন্দোলন হিসাবে, তবু ক্রমে ক্রমে দুই ধর্মের পারস্পরিক বিরোধিতার ফলে এটি ইহুদি ধর্ম থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে যায়।
