ইফেসাসের হেরাক্লিটাস (/ˌhɛrəˈklaɪtəs/; গ্রিক: Ἡράκλειτος ὁ Ἐφέσιος, Hērákleitos ho Ephésios; অনুমানিক. ৫৩৫ – অনুমানিক. ৪৭৫ বিসিই) ছিলেন একজন সক্রেটিস-পূর্ব গ্রিক দার্শনিক। তিনি এশিয়া মাইনরের উপকূলের আইয়োনিয়ার গ্রিক শহর ইফেসাসের স্থানীয় বাসিন্দা ছিলেন। তিনি সম্ভ্রান্ত বংশীয় ছিলেন। তার প্রারম্ভিক জীবন ও শিক্ষা সম্পর্কে খুব কমই জানা যায়, কিন্তু তিনি নিজেকে স্বশিক্ষিত ও জ্ঞানী ব্যক্তি হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেন। তার একাকীত্ত জীবন, দার্শিনিক মতবাদ ও মানবিকতা সম্পর্কে তার দর্শনের জন্য তাকে অনেকেই অস্পষ্ট ও ক্রন্দিত দার্শেনিক হিসেবে অবহিত করে থাকেন।

হেরাক্লিটাসের জন্মসময় সঠিকভাবে নিরূপণ করা কঠিন। সেই কারণে পাশ্চাত্য দর্শনের ইতিহাস রচয়িতাগণ তার জন্মসময়ের উল্লেখ করতে গিয়ে বিভিন্ন সময়ের কথা বলেছেন । ডায়োজিনেসের এর মতামতের উপর ভিত্তি করে কেউ কেউ হেরাক্লিটাস এর জন্মসময় খ্রীস্টপূর্ব ৫০৪-৫০১ অব্দ বলে উল্লেখ করেছেন। আবার, কারো কারো মতে হেরাক্লিটাস ৫৩৫ অব্দে জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। অনেক ইতিহাস রচয়িতা মনে করেন তিনি ছিলেন জেনোফিনিস এর পরবর্তী দার্শনিক এবং পারমিনাইডিসের সমসাময়িক।
