কাপুদান পাশা (উসমানীয় তুর্কি: قپودان پاشا , আধুনিক তুর্কি: Kaptan Paşa), তুর্কি ভাষায় কাপ্তানে-দরিয়া ("সমুদ্রের ক্যাপ্টেন") নামেও পরিচিত, ছিলেন উসমানীয় সাম্রাজ্যের নৌবাহিনীর সর্বাধিনায়ক। তানজিমাত সংস্কারের সময় বায়েজিদ প্রথমের অধীনে পদটি প্রতিষ্ঠা এবং নৌবাহিনীর আরও আধুনিক উসমানীয় মন্ত্রণালয় ( বাহরিয়ে নাজিরলিগি ) দ্বারা অফিসের প্রতিস্থাপনের সময়ে প্রায় ১৬০জন অধিনায়ক দায়িত্ব পালন করেছিলেন।
কাপুদান পাশার উপাধিটি শুধুমাত্র ১৫৬৭ সাল থেকে প্রমাণিত হয়েছে। পূর্ববর্তী সময়ে নৌবহরের সর্বোচ্চ কমান্ডারের পদের মধ্যে রয়েছে দেরিয়া বেগি ("সমুদ্রের বেগ ") এবং রেইস কাপুদান ("প্রধান অধিনায়ক")।[১]
