ড্রাগন

ড্রাগন হল এমন এক ধরনের কল্পিত জীব যা মুখ দিয়ে আগুন বের করতে পারে। এই জীবের অস্তিত্ব চীন, জাপান, কোরিয়া, ইন্দোচীন, মালয়েশিয়া ও ইন্দোনেশিয়া ইত্যাদি দেশের উপকথায় পাওয়া যায়। পশ্চিমা শিল্পমাধ্যমে ড্রাগন নিয়ে অনেক ছায়াছবি হয়েছে। মনে করা হয় এই জীব উড়তে পারে। ড্রাগন বিভিন্ন দেশের জাতীয় পশু। ইন্দোনেশিয়া দেশে এক ধরনের সরীসৃপ দেখা যায় যার উজ্জ্বল জিভকে আগুন বলে ভুল হয়, এই জীব কোমোডো ড্রাগন নামে পরিচিত। এছাড়াও ফড়িংকে ইংরেজিতে Dragonfly বলে।
