Notability academics is about people. This is a government agency, not a person, and not a private company. On the English Wikipedia, the notability criterion en:WP:GNG ("If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to satisfy the inclusion criteria for a stand-alone article or stand-alone list.") is easily met. Promotional language

A user believes that the language used in this article is "promotional" and that he said it was crafted this way in Bengali. I wrote content in English originally at en:Hamtramck Public Schools and I do not believe the way I wrote it is promotional, especially since it talks about some negative things that happened in the district. As made clear on the English Wikipedia's en:Wikipedia:NOTADVERTISING#ADVERTISING an article can talk about certain things as long as the language used by the article is neutral.
