Criteria

সুলিখিত হতে হবে:

(a) নিবন্ধের গদ্যরূপ পরিস্কার ও সংক্ষিপ্ত ও ভাষা মার্জিত, বাক্য শুদ্ধ এবং বানান সঠিক হতে হবে; and

(b) নিবন্ধটি উইকিপিডিয়ার প্রচলিত লিখনরীতির সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ হতে হবে; যথাযথ ভূমিকাসহ নিবন্ধটি অনুচ্ছেদ আকারে লিখিত হতে হবে.^[১]

সঠিক এবং যাচাইযোগ্য হতে হবে:

(a) লেআউট শৈলীর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী উপস্থাপিত সমস্ত তথ্যসূত্রের (তথ্যের উৎস) একটি তালিকা থাকতে হবে;

(b) সরাসরি উদ্ধৃতি, পরিসংখ্যান, প্রকাশিত মতামত, পাল্টা স্বজ্ঞাত বা বিতর্কিত বিবৃতি যা সংপৃষ্ট বা সম্ভবত সংপৃষ্ট হতে পারে, এবং জীবিত ব্যক্তি সম্পর্কিত বিতর্কিত উপাদানসহ লেখার মধ্যে ব্যবহৃত সকল উদ্ধৃতি নির্ভরযোগ্য উৎস থেকে প্রাপ্ত হতে হবে। বিজ্ঞান ভিত্তিক নিবন্ধসমূহে বৈজ্ঞানিক উদ্ধৃতি নির্দেশিকা অনুসরণ করতে হবে;^[২] and

(c) অবদানকারীর নিজস্ব মৌলিক গবেষণাজাত তথ্য থাকতে পারবে না.

নিবন্ধের গভীরতা বা ব্যপ্তি থাকতে হবে:

(a) নিবন্ধের মূল বিষয়গুলো সম্পর্কে অবশ্যই তথ্য ও উপাত্ত থাকতে হবে;^[৩] and

(b) অথযা অপ্রয়োজনীয় বিস্তারিত লেখা বর্জন করে মূল বিষয়গুলোর উপর নিবদ্ধ থাকবে (সারাংশ শৈলী দেখুন).

নিরপেক্ষ: নিবন্ধে অবশ্যই পক্ষপাত ছাড়া সকল পক্ষের উপর সম-গুরুত্ব সহ মতামত প্রকাশ পেতে হবে.
স্থিতিশীল হতে হবে, মানে নিবন্ধে সম্পাদনা যুদ্ধ চলতে পারবে না, প্রতিদিনই পরিবর্তন হচ্ছে এমন হতে পারবে না.
