ফিলিস্তিন মুক্তি সংস্থা, আরবিতে মুনাজ্জামাত্ আত-তাহ্রির আল-ফিলিস্তিনিয়াহ্ (আরবি: منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية; ) বা ইংরেজিতে Palestine Liberation Organization (পিএলও) নামক সংগঠনটি ১৯৬৪ সালে একটি স্বাধীন ফিলিস্তিন রাষ্ট্র গঠনের উদ্দেশ্যে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। ১০০ এর বেশি দেশ এই সংগঠনকে ফিলিস্তিনিদের ন্যায়সংগত প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে বিবেচনা করে ও এর সাথে কূটনৈতিক সম্পর্ক বজায় রেখেছে।[১৩][১৪] ১৯৭৪ সাল থেকে পিএলও জাতিসংঘে পর্যবেক্ষক মর্যাদা ভোগ করছে।[১৫][১৬][১৭] ১৯৯১ সালে মাদ্রিদ সম্মেলনের আগ পর্যন্ত যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ও ইসরায়েল একে একটি সন্ত্রাসী সংগঠন হিসেবে দেখত। ১৯৯৩ সালে ইসরায়েলের অস্তিত্ব মেনে নেয় এবং জাতিসংঘের ২৪২ ও ৩৩৮ নং প্রস্তাব স্বীকার করে নেয় ও সহিংসতা প্রত্যাখ্যান করে। এর প্রতিক্রিয়ায় ইসরায়েল সরকারিভাবে পিএলওকে ফিলিস্তিনিদের প্রতিনিধি হিসেবে মেনে নেয়।[১৮]
