হ্যাংমিলা শাইজা (১৯ সেপ্টেম্বর ১৯২০ - ৩ আগস্ট ১৯৯৭) ছিলেন একজন ভারতীয় রাজনীতিবিদ যিনি মণিপুরের বিধানসভায় নির্বাচিত প্রথম মহিলা ছিলেন। [১] তিনি ১৯৯০ থেকে ১৯৯১ সাল পর্যন্ত উখরুল বিধানসভা আসনের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করেন। [২]
১৯৮৪ সালে তার স্বামী মণিপুরের মুখ্যমন্ত্রী ইয়াংমাসো শাইজার হত্যাকাণ্ডের পর শাইজা প্রথম রাজনীতিতে জড়িত হন। [৩]
