Hi Krinkle, after your recent edit on মিডিয়াউইকি:Gadget-Twinkle.js‎, i'm getting a "cannot parse twinkleoptions.js" message everytime i load a page. From বিশেষ:পছন্দসমূহ#mw-prefsection-gadgets, enable "টুইংকল : ধ্বংসপ্রবণতা রোধ, সতর্কতা জানানো, অপসারণের অনুরোধ, ব্যবহারকারীদের স্বাগত জানানো ও নিবন্ধে ট্যাগ যোগ করার মত কিছু সাধারণ কাজ সহজ করে" and you will see. @আফতাবুজ্জামান: Hi, I have reverted my edit. Can you confirm if it makes a difference? I did not see the message when I enable the gadget. The message is about a problem in ব্যবহারকারী:আফতাবুজ্জামান/twinkleoptions.js, which does not apply when I use the gadget. My edit changes the source code from the deprecated $.parseJSON to JSON.parse. The parseJSON function will be removed in the future. Thanks, It's gone now. Any suggestion how to fix it? We use very old code of twinkle, ব্যবহারকারী:আফতাবুজ্জামান/twinkleoptions.js was generated by the gadget. I tried to add <nowiki> but same problem. If you compare ব্যবহারকারী:আফতাবুজ্জামান/twinkleoptions.js with e.g. en:User:Amorymeltzer/twinkleoptions.js, everything looks same. Interesting, I am happy that it is solved, but that is a most mysterious issue! I might be able to investigate it tomorrow. Maybe it is better worth the effort to update to a newer version of Twinkle, as the maintainers of Twinkle have already solved this deprecation in the latest version. Ok, see what you can do. And ya, we should, many thing stopped working here. But localization isn't easy for twinkle. As my understand of JS is very very poor, i would prefer something like ব্যবহারকারী:আফতাবুজ্জামান/Gadget-popups-translation.js.
