বুঁভো-ব্লাঙ্ক বিক্রিয়া (ইংরেজি: Bouveault–Blanc reduction) হল একটি জৈব রাসায়নিক জারণ-বিজারণ বিক্রিয়া। এখানে এস্টার বিজারিত হয়ে প্রাথমিক অ্যালকোহল তৈরী হয়।[৪] ইথানল ও সোডিয়াম ধাতু এখানে বিক্রিয়ক হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হয়।
