বক্ষবন্ধনীহীনতা হচ্ছে বক্ষবন্ধনী না পরেই বহির্বাস পরে বাইরে যাওয়া।[১] মূলত যেসব নারী বক্ষবন্ধনী পরতে অস্বস্তি বোধ করেন তারাই এরূপ করেন। তাছাড়াও কিছু কিছু নারী স্তনকে ট্যাবু অর্থাৎ নিষিদ্ধ এবং গোপনীয় মানতে নারাজ তারাও এরূপ কাজ করে থাকেন।[২] পশ্চিমা সমাজগুলোতে নারীদের এহেন কর্মকাণ্ড আরও বিস্তৃতির পথে।[১][৩]
