নিকোলা বুরবাকি (ফরাসি: Nicolas Bourbaki নিকোলা বুর্বাকি) একটি ছদ্মনাম। কিছু গণিতবিদ, যাদের বেশীর ভাগই ফরাসি ছিলেন, এই নামটি ব্যবহার করতেন। ১৯৩৯ সাল থেকে তারা বিশুদ্ধ গণিতের একটি বিশ্বকোষীয় জরিপ, যার নাম তারা দিয়েছিলেন Élements de mathématique, নির্মাণের লক্ষ্যে এই নাম ব্যবহার করে বিভিন্ন খণ্ড প্রকাশ করতে থাকেন। তাদের কাজের পরিমাণ বিস্তৃত হলেও এর প্রভাব ছিল মিশ্র। কোন কোন মহলে এটিকে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কাজ হিসাবে ধরা হতো। আবার কোন কোন মহলে এটি তেমন গুরুত্ব পায়নি। বুরবাকির কাজকে আধুনিক গণিতের সাংগঠনিক ধারার প্রধান কাজ হিসেবে গণ্য করা হয়।

এই গ্রুপের নাম উনিশ শতকের ফরাসি জেনারেল চার্লস-ডেনিস বুরবাকি থেকে উদ্ভূত।
