তুর্কি সাহিত্য (তুর্কি: Türk edebiyatı or Türk yazını) তুর্কি ভাষায় মৌখিক রচনায় এবং লিখিত গ্রন্থে, উভয় মাধ্যমে গঠিত। এছাড়াও উসমানীয় বা একচেটিয়াভাবে সাহিত্য রূপে বর্তমান তুরস্ক প্রজাতন্ত্রের কথ্যভাষার মাধ্যমে।
