{{DFDb title}} is a template used to generate an external link to an entry for a work (film/movie, TV or Web program/series, video game, etc.) in the Danish Film Database. In an article it should only be used in the "External links" section.
- For a person, use {{DFDb name}}.
- For a company, use {{DFDb company}}.

[সম্পাদনা]The required parameter is the ID number. The template then uses the article title as the anchor text:

To have the link text be other than the article name, use second parameter:
* {{ডিএফডিবি শিরোনাম|আইডি|নাম}}
This is necessary when adding a Danish Film Database link to an article about somebody or something other than the linked work (for example, if you include the Danish Film Database link for Dogville on a talk page, you must specify Dogville as the second parameter).
Detailed instructions

- Go to Danish Film Database and search for the work you want (say, Dogville; you'll reach
http://www.dfi.dk/Service/English/Films-and-industry/Factsheet.aspx?ss_q=Dogville) - Click on the correct Dogville in the list (usually the first); this will bring up the page
http://www.dfi.dk/faktaomfilm/film/en/33500.aspx?id=33500 - Copy only the number (here, "
33500") - Replace "
ID" in the template code with the number
- For the first option above, you'll then have

- Note that the link text is the same as the title of the page the template is used on; outside the page Dogville, use the second option:
- Replace "
