There was an incident when a vandal in :kab wikipedia did a "page move vandalism" where the page was moved to an offensive title and the robot inadvertently picked up the title and distributed across wikis - Bengali wiki was one of those destinations during the test run of the bot. This is not a bot program related issue as discovered by the administrators in English wiki here - en:Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#UK. Bot flag was granted on English and Simple English wikis after this incident. Hence I would like to request you to unblock the user account User:DragonBot and grant a bot flag to the bot.
