ভিসি আগরওয়াল একটি বৈদ্যুতিক প্রকৌশলী। তিনি ভারতীয় প্রযুক্তিবিদ্যা ইনস্টিটিউট, রোরকি প্রাক্তন শিক্ষার্থী। [১] তিনি ২০০৬ সালের জুলাইয়ে আইবিপি কোম্পানি লিমিটেডের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক হন। [২][৩] সংস্থাটি পরে ইন্ডিয়ান অয়েল কর্পোরেশনে (আইওসি) একীভূত হয় এবং আগরওয়াল আইওসির মানবসম্পদের পরিচালক হন। [৪][৫]
