Shimu Dey is one of the foremost Music Directors and Vocalists in Bangladesh.[সম্পাদনা]
Born in a musical family, Shimu received her initial training from his father, ustad Shankar Kumar Dey, a highly respected and accomplished representative in Shirajgonj. Shimu Dey is an outstanding performer in Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Sangeet, and modern song. She has a number of great achievements in both national and international awards including “Anonno Maan”, very rare achievements from Jatiyo Rabindra Sangeet Sommelon Porishod in 2003. Experience • Music Producer of Bangladesh Betar from 2013 to the present. • Media executive of Shanto Marium foundation from 2009-12 • Stage performed at different national and international levels. • More than 12 years of teaching experience.
