This is to check an issue raised at en:Module talk:Math#format (permalink).
The output currently is "7 /২.০/ " (in en digits, that's "7 /2.0/").
The 7 is the number of bytes between the slashes = 3 + 1 + 3 counting each character.
That shows there is nothing hidden in the result which is simply 2.0 in local digits.
The same code at enwiki (using mw.getContentLanguage('bn')) gives the expected "6 /2.0E-5/".
