About Me
In my day job, I am an Associate Professor of Communication at the University of Washington. I have more webpages than I can reasonably count and my current policy to to try to not aggravate this problem so I'm going to be brief.

To a small degree, I helped assist in the organization of Wikimania 2006 in Cambridge Massachusetts:
- I helped out the program committee in organizing the program.
- I helped organize Wikimania Hacking Days
In 2007, I helped run the elections for the Wikimedia Foundation's board of directors.
