পুরুষত্ব (ছেলেস্বভাব, পুরুষালি ভাব অথবা পৌরুষ নামেও পরিচিত) হল কতগুলো বৈশিষ্ট্য, চরিত্র ও প্রবণতার সমষ্টি যা ছেলে বা পুরুষের মধ্যে প্রকাশিত হয়। পুরুষত্ব সামাজিকভাবে প্রস্ফুটিত হয়, কিন্তু সামাজিক ও জীববৈজ্ঞানিক প্রভাবক দ্বারা গঠিত হয়, [১][২][৩] যদিও এটি জীববিজ্ঞানগত পুরুষ লিঙ্গ হতে আলাদা। [৪][৫] নারী ও পুরুষ উভয়ের মধ্যেই পুরুষালি লক্ষণ ও আচরণ দেখা যেতে পারে। যাদের মধ্যে পুরুষালি ও মেয়েলি উভয় চরিত্রের প্রভাব দেখা যায় তাদের এন্ড্রোজিনাস বলা হয়। নারীবাদী দার্শনিকগণ মনে করেন লিঙ্গের অস্পষ্টতা লৈঙ্গিক পার্থক্যকে জটিল করে তুলতে পারে। [৬][৭]


সাহস, স্বাধীনচেতা হওয়া, দৃঢ়তা প্রভৃতি পুরুষত্বের গুণ। [৮][৯][১০] এসকল গুণ স্থান ও পরিবেশভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে এবং সামাজিক ও সাংস্কৃতিক বিষয় দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হয়ে থাকে। [১১] পুরুষত্ব ও ক্ষমতাকে বেশ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে, দায় ও পরিণতি উপেক্ষা করা হলে তাকে ম্যাকিস্মো ( machismo) বলা হয়। [১২]
