ত্রিলক্ষণ (সংস্কৃত: त्रिलक्षण) বা অস্তিত্বের তিন চিহ্ন হলো বৌদ্ধ দর্শন মতে সমস্ত অস্তিত্ব ও প্রাণীর তিনটি বৈশিষ্ট্য - অনিক্ক, দুঃখ,[টীকা ১] এবং অনাত্তা।[৫][৬][৭][৮] ত্রিলক্ষণ বৌদ্ধদের চতুরার্য সত্য এবং অষ্টাঙ্গিক মার্গের কেন্দ্রীয় বিষয়।

থেরবাদ সম্প্রদায়ের পালি ঐতিহ্যে অনুসারে:[৪][৯][১০][১১]
- সব্বে সংস্কার আনিক্কা – সকল সংস্কার চিরস্থায়ী
- সব্বে সংস্কার দুঃখ - সকল সংস্কার অসন্তোষজনক, অসম্পূর্ণ, অস্থির
- সব্বে ধম্মা অনাত্তা – সকল ধর্মের (শর্তযুক্ত বা শর্তহীন জিনিস) কোন অপরিবর্তনীয় স্ব বা আত্মা নেই
উত্তরের বৌদ্ধ সর্বাস্তিবাদ ঐতিহ্যের সংযুক্ত আগম অনুসারে:[৯][১২]
- সমস্ত শর্তযুক্ত জিনিস চিরস্থায়ী (সর্বসংস্করা অনিত্যঃ)
- সমস্ত ধর্মই অ-স্বয়ং (সর্বধর্ম অনাত্মানঃ)
- নির্বাণ শান্ত (শান্তন নির্বাণম)
