English: The Parteiadler or Emblem of the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei (NSDAP; known in English as the National Socialist German Workers' Party, or simply the Nazi Party), which features an eagle looking over its left shoulder, that is, looking to the right from the viewer's point of view. It is similar to the Reichsadler or Emblem of the Deutsches Reich (German Reich, 1933–1945), but the eagle of the latter is looking over its right shoulder, that is, looking to the left from the viewer's point of view (see File:Reichsadler der Deutsches Reich (1933–1945).svg, shown below).

This image shows (or resembles) a symbol that was used by the National Socialist (NSDAP/Nazi) government of Germany or an organization closely associated to it, or another party which has been banned by the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany.

The use of insignia of organizations that have been banned in Germany (like the Nazi swastika or the arrow cross) may also be illegal in Austria, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, France, Brazil, Israel, Ukraine, Russia and other countries, depending on context.
