ডেভিস প্রণালী (ফরাসি: ডেট্রইট ডি ডেভিস) হলো ল্যাব্রাডর সাগরের উত্তরের একটি শাখা। এটি মধ্যপশ্চিম গ্রীনল্যান্ড এবং কানাডার ব্যাফিন দ্বীপের নুনাভুটের মধ্যবর্তী স্থানে অবস্থিত। এর উত্তরে ব্যাফিন উপসাগর অবস্থিত। এই প্রণালীটির নামকরণ করা হয়েছে ইংরেজ আবিষ্কারক জন ডেভিসের (১৫৫০-১৬০৫) নামে, যিনি উত্তরপশ্চিমের পথ খুঁজতে গিয়ে প্রণালীটি আবিষ্কার করেন। ১৬৫০ এর দশকে এটি তিমি শিকারের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হতো।
