সুসমাচার বা গসপেল (ইংরেজি: Gospel) হল নাজারেথের যিশুর জীবন, মৃত্যু ও পুনরুজ্জীবনের বিবরণ। সুসমাচারের বহুল প্রচলিত উদাহরণ হল ম্যাথিউ, মার্ক, লুক ও জনের লেখা নূতন নিয়মের চারটি শাস্ত্রীয় সুসমাচার। তবে অপ্রামাণিক সুসমাচার, অশাস্ত্রীয় সুসমাচার, ইহুদি-খ্রিস্টান সুসমাচার ও মরমি সুসমাচারগুলিকেও সুসমাচার বা গসপেল নামে অভিহিত করা হয়।

খ্রিস্টধর্মে শাস্ত্রীয় সুসমাচারগুলিরই মর্যাদা বেশি। এগুলিকে ঈশ্বর-কর্তৃক প্রকাশিত মনে করা হয়। এগুলি খ্রিস্টধর্মের ধর্মীয় ব্যবস্থার কেন্দ্রবিন্দু।[১] চারটি শাস্ত্রীয় সুসমাচারে প্রকাশিত খ্রিস্টের জীবনকথাই যথাযথ ও প্রামাণ্য বলে খ্রিস্টানদের বিশ্বাস।[২] তবে অনেক গবেষকের মতে, এই চারটি সুসমাচারের সবকিছু ঐতিহাসিকভাবে বিশ্বাসযোগ্য নয়।[৩][৪][৫][৬][৭][৮][৯]
