রত্নাসিমহা (আইএসটি: রত্না-সিমহা, র. চ. ১৩০২ –১৩০৩ খ্রিষ্টাব্দ) ছিলেন বর্তমানকালীন ভারতের রাজস্থান মেদাপত (মেবাড়) রাজ্যের একজন শাসক। তিনি গুহিলা রাজবংশের রাওয়াল বিভাগে অন্তুর্ভূক্ত, যা চিত্রকূত দুর্গ (বর্তমান-দিনে চিত্তরগড়) থেকে শাসন করেছিল। বিভাগটির সর্বশেষ শাসক, তিনি ১৩০৩ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে আলাউদ্দিন খিলজি দ্বারা পরাজিত হন।
