মুখমণ্ডল (খ্রিস্টধর্ম)

মুখমণ্ডল বা প্রসোপন হলো একটি ধর্মতাত্ত্বিক শব্দ যা খ্রিস্টান ধর্মতত্ত্বে ঐশ্বরিক ব্যক্তির ধারণার জন্য উপাধি হিসাবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। খ্রিস্টান ত্রিত্বতত্ত্ব ও খ্রিস্টতত্ত্বেও শব্দটির বিশেষ তাৎপর্য রয়েছে। ঐতিহ্যগতভাবে প্রোসোপন শব্দটি পশ্চিমা খ্রিস্টধর্মে ব্যবহৃত।

প্রাচীন গ্রিক ভাষায় প্রসোপন (মুখমণ্ডল) মূলত কারও মুখ বা মুখোশ মনোনীত করে। সেই অর্থে, এটি গ্রিক থিয়েটারে ব্যবহৃত হয়েছিল, যেহেতু অভিনেতারা তাদের চরিত্র ও সংবেদনশীল অবস্থা দর্শকদের কাছে প্রকাশ করার জন্য মঞ্চে নির্দিষ্ট মুখোশ পরেছিলেন।

মুখমণ্ডল সাধারণত পৃথক হাইপোস্টেসিসের স্ব-স্ব-সঞ্চারের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়। মুখমণ্ডল হলো এমন রূপ যেখানে হাইপোস্টেসিস প্রদর্শিত হয়। এর নিজস্ব মুখমণ্ডল থাকে। এটি হাইপোস্টেসিসের বাস্তবতাকে তার ক্ষমতা ও বৈশিষ্ট্যগুলি সহ প্রকাশ দেয়।
