আপনার নিজের পরিচয় ব্যবহারকারীর পৃষ্ঠায় লিখুন। পৃষ্ঠাটি screen এর উপরের আপনার ব্যবহারকৃত নাম এ click করলে পাবেন । পৃষ্ঠাটিতে গিয়ে সম্পাদনা করুন ট্যাব এ click করে আপনার নিজের পরিচয় লিখুন। ধন্যবাদ। --বেলায়েত ১৪:১৪, ২৫ মে ২০০৬ (UTC)
ফরাসি নামের প্রতিবর্ণীকরণ[সম্পাদনা]
আমরা ফরাসি নামের বাংলা প্রতিবর্ণীকরণের ব্যাপারে কিছু নীতি মেনে চলছি। আপনি এগুলি উইকিপিডিয়া:বাংলা ভাষায় ফরাসি শব্দের প্রতিবর্ণীকরণ পাতায় দেখতে পারেন। ঐ পাতায় বর্ণিত নিয়ম অনুসারে Alizée-র বাংলা প্রতিবর্ণীকরণ দাঁড়ায় "আলিজে"। অর্থাৎ A-টা বাংলা আ-এর মত। আর z-টা ইংরেজি z-এর মত উচ্চারিত হলেও আমরা এই ধ্বনিটিকে উইকিপিডিয়ার সর্বত্র বর্গীয় জ দিয়েই প্রতিস্থাপন করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছি, অন্তঃস্থ য নয়; তবে ধ্বনিটির প্রকৃত উচ্চারণ ধ্বনিগত রূপে দেয়া থাকবে বর্গীয় জ--এর নিচে বিন্দু দিয়ে। --অর্ণব (আলাপ | অবদান) ২১:০৫, ২৪ ডিসেম্বর ২০০৭ (UTC)

- Where is deletion review?
- I think I can find my way for writing articles. May be it'll be tough at first, but I am sure I shall learn. :) Anyways, I am not that comfortable with writing to converse in Bengali (especially forming sentences formal enough to be written down :) ), so I hope you will excuse my writing in English. In my opinion, there's very little bureaucracy going on here. Unlike enwiki, where it's become a classic example of too many cooks, here at bnwiki, we almost always have consensus on what should be right and act accordingly fairly quickly without any animosity. The focus is more on improving the content than getting bogged down in bureaucratic processes. - I am with you that we need get a reasonable repository of content first. My enquiries on the admin tasks were not to promote bureaucracy, but for house keeping needs. Like for example, I needed a page (I created by mistake) deleted yesterday and did not have any clue how to get it speedied. It is for such tasks. Anyways, I will try to contribute as much as I can. My expertise lies in the field of programming (and computing in general), more than writing biographical or geographical articles; it's tough to get them in bengali. But I'll try. For quick admin action, just post a note to the admin's noticeboard at WP:ANB ... we usually drop by frequently and would handle it ASAP. Having seen your great computing related articles in en-wiki, I'd love to see them here too ... just start the articles and we can help with the terms.
