থ্রেস (ইংরেজি ভাষায়: Thrace; /[অসমর্থিত ইনপুট: 'icon']ˈθreɪs/) (demonym Thracian /ˈθreɪʃ[অসমর্থিত ইনপুট: 'ⁱ']ən/; গ্রিক: Θράκη, Thráki, বুলগেরীয়: Тракия, Trakiya, তুর্কি: Trakya) হল দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব ইউরোপে অবস্থিত একটি প্রাচীন ঐতিহাসিক ও ভৌগোলিক স্থান। একটি ভৌগোলিক ধারণা অনুসারে, থ্রেসকে একটি আবদ্ধ অঞ্চল হিসাবে আখ্যাত করা যায়, যার উত্তরে বলকান পর্বতমালা, দক্ষিণে রোডোপ পর্বতমালা এবং ঈজিয়ান সাগর, পূর্ব দিকে কৃষ্ণ সাগর এবং মারমারার সাগর অবস্থিত। এটি যে সমস্ত অঞ্চল জুড়ে বিস্তৃত সেগুলো হল দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব বুলগেরিয়া (উত্তর থ্রেস), উত্তর গ্রিস (পশ্চিম থ্রেস) এবং তুরস্কের ইউরোপীয় অংশ (পূর্ব থ্রেস)।
