আমলাতন্ত্র (ইংরেজি: আমলাতন্ত্র)এমন এক শাসনব্যবস্হা যেখানে উচ্চপদস্হ সরকারি কর্মচারিমণ্ডলই সর্বেসর্বা। আমলাতন্ত্রের আভিধানিক সঙ্গা মতে, আমলা হচ্ছেন সরকারের অংশ যারা অনির্বাচিত। আমলাদের নীতিনির্ধারণ তৈরিকারক হিসেবেও আখ্যা দেয়া হয়। [১] ঐতিহাসিকভাবে, আমলারা সরকারের বিভিন্ন প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্মকান্ড নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও পরিচালনা করেন। যারা জনগণের ভোট দ্বারা নির্বাচিত নন। [২] বর্তমান সময়ে, আমলাদের মাধ্যমে বিভিন্ন দেশের সরকারের বিভিন্ন কর্মকাণ্ডের বড় একটি অংশ পরিচালিত হয়।[৩][৪][৫][৬][৭][৮]
