Trimming[সম্পাদনা]

Please excuse my writing in English but I don't know Bengali.

Another thing you can trim away is the spelling parameter, sp & r since you don't have to deal with US vs Commonwealth spelling.

Taking the cue I removed the |r=re section from this template as well. Also am removing

Another thing you might like to consider is the singular-plural and noun-adjective form issue.  In English there are plural and singular forms e.g. "1 foot" vs "2 feet".  Do you have plurals in Bengali?  Also in English we add hyphens if we're dealing with an adjective e.g. "3 cubic metres" vs "a 3-cubic-metre box". Do you distinguish between adjectives and plurals in Bengali?  Usually a plural is formed by adding an "s" but it doesn't work for all units e.g. it's "feet" not "foots" and "metres per second" not "metre per seconds".  Parameter l (in the unit subtemplates) deals with this.  Similarly h gives the hyphenated form for units of more than one word. You can get rid of these if they don't apply. Getting the template working[সম্পাদনা]

Okay, I think that is the problem. What I believe is going on here is that the (sub)templates are passing Bengali numerals on to each other (e.g. rounding subtemplate call {{rnd}}) but the software cannot recognise them as numbers and so fails to do anything.  By getting rid of the calls to {{rnd}} we can get the template working but, of course, that means we don't have the advantages of {{rnd}}.  Is there any way to change numerals systems? Hi.. that's the problem I told you earlier we are facing. What we need to create a template that will take numerals in any language pass the Latin numerals to the mathametical templates and on return value will convert the result from Latin to the desired langauge.
