চীনের ধর্মবিশ্বাস
চীনের ৪০-৬০% লোক কোন ধর্মের অনুসারী নন। এরা বেশিরভাগই অজ্ঞেয়বাদে বিশ্বাসী। কট্টর নাস্তিকের সংখ্যা ১৪-১৫%।[৩][৪]
শানধর্ম-তাও ধর্ম বর্তমানে চীনের বৃহত্তম ধর্ম।[৫][৬] চীনের ২০-৩০% লোক এই ধর্মগুলি পালন করেন। এদের মধ্যে প্রায় ১৬ কোটি লোক, অর্থাৎ চীনের মোট জনসংখ্যার প্রায় ১১% মাৎসু নামের দেবীর পূজা করে।[৭] বৌদ্ধধর্ম ২য় বৃহত্তম ধর্ম (১৮-২০% লোক)।[৮][৯][১০] দেশের ৩-৪% লোক খ্রিস্টান[১১][১২][৩][১৩], ১-২% মুসলমান।[১৪]
চীনারা সাধারণত তাদের দেবদেবী ও ধর্মীয় নেতাদের বিশালাকার মূর্তি বানিয়ে থাকে। বিশ্বের সর্বোচ্চ ও সর্ববৃহৎ দেবমূর্তিগুলির অনেকগুলিই চীনে অবস্থিত।
এগুলি ছাড়াও চীনদেশের আনাচেকানাচে ছড়িয়ে আছে বিভিন্ন স্থানীয় লোকধর্ম ও আচার।
