The contract was drafted in Persian and French in five chapters, tariffs for telephone installation stated according to the distance, wire used and subscription fee from the telephone center to the desired location inside and outside the city of Tehran for as private use.
فارسی: یک قرارداد نصب خط تلفن در ساختمان‌های شخصی که در 14 آوریل 1910/ 24 فروردین 1289/ 3 ربیع الثانی 1328 در تهران نشر شده است. صفحه اصلي در وبگاه nlai.ir
این قرارداد، در 5 فصل به دو زبان فارسی و فرانسه تدوین شده و برطبق آن، تعرفه­ های نصب تلفن در عمارت شخصی افراد و هزینه­ های مربوط به سیم­ کشی از مرکز تلفن تا مکان مورد نظر در داخل و خارج شهر، با توجه به مسافت و سیم مورد استفاده و مبلغ اشتراک، بیان شده است.
