অ্যাভিয়ান ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা
অ্যাভিয়ান ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা হল একধরনের ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা যা বার্ড ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা, বার্ড ফ্লু বা অ্যাভিয়ান ফ্লু নামেই অধিক পরিচিত। ভাইরাস ঘটিত এ রোগটি বন্য জলচর পাখিদের প্রাকৃতিকভাবেই সংক্রমিত করে এবং কখনো কখনো গৃহপালিত পশু-পাখিদেরকেও সংক্রমিত করতে পারে। [১] অধিক প্যাথজেনিক অ্যাভিয়ান ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা; ইংরেজিতে Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) হল এটির সবচেয়ে বিপজ্জনক টাইপ, যেটি বাংলাদেশে প্রথম দেখা যায় ২০০৭ সালে। [২][৩][৪] বার্ড ফ্লুর সাথে নির্দিষ্ট পোষকে অভিযোজিত ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা ভাইরাস ঘটিত ফ্লু যেমন- সোয়াইন ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা (শূকরের ফ্লু), ক্যানাইন ফ্লু (কুকুরের ফ্লু), ইকুইন ফ্লু (ঘোড়ার ফ্লু) ও হিউম্যান ফ্লু (মানুষের ফ্লু)-এর সাদৃশ্য রয়েছে। তিন ধরনের (এ, বি ও সি) ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা ভাইরাসের মধ্যে ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা এ একটি পশুপাখিবাহী রোগ (বা জুনোটিক সংক্রমণ, ইংরেজিতে Zoonotic infection) যার প্রধান প্রাকৃতিক রিজার্ভার (ইংরেজিতে Natural reservior) হল পাখি। [৫] অধিকাংশক্ষেত্রেই অ্যাভিয়ান ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা বলতে ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা এ ভাইরাসকেই বোঝায়।
যদিও অ্যাভিয়ান ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা ভাইরাস পাখিতে অভিযোজিত, এটি মানুষ থেকে মানুষে ছড়া তে পারে।[৫] প্যাথজেনিসিটির উপর ভিত্তি করে অ্যাভিয়ান ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জাকে দুই ভাগে বিভক্ত করা যায়, অধিক প্যাথজেনিক (HPAI)এবং স্বল্প প্যাথজেনিক (LPAI) অ্যাভিয়ান ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা। এইচ.পি.এ.আই (HPAI)-এর বহুল পরিচিত স্ট্রেইন এইচ৫এন১ (H5N1) সর্বপ্রথম আলাদা করা হয় ১৯৯৬ সালে চীনের গুয়াংডং প্রদেশে একটি ফার্মের হাঁস থেকে। [৬]
ইতিহাস[সম্পাদনা]
ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা এ/এইচ5এন1 প্রথম ১৯৯৬ সালে চীনে একটি হংস থেকে চিহ্নিত হয়েছিল। হংকংয়ে ১৯৯৭ সালে সর্বপ্রথম মানব সংক্রমণের খবর পাওয়া গেছে।
