@Nokib Sarkar: I was referring to some of the referencesutilised rather than fiverr.com url.

The revert and blacklist of the .cloud domain name is due to people trying to get around blacklists, especially where used to xwiki spam. If people wish to enter blacklisted urls, they should be talking to admins to whitelist the domain or a specific url or the use of "about us" page.
