সেপ্পুকু (切腹, "পেট কাটা"), কখনও কখনও হারাকিরি (腹切り, "উদর/পেট কর্তন", একটি স্থানীয় জাপানি কুন পড়া হিসাবে উল্লেখিত), জাপানে প্রচলিত আত্মবিশ্বাসের আত্মহত্যা পদ্ধতি। জাপানে সুপ্রাচীনকাল থেকে এই রীতি প্রচলিত। এই রীতিতে আত্মহত্যাকারী প্রকাশ্যে পাকস্থলীতে ছুরি ঢুকিয়ে প্রাণ বিসর্জন দেয়। এ ধরনের আত্মহত্যা কে জাপানি সমাজে বিশেষ সম্মান ও মর্যাদার দৃষ্টিতে দেখা হয়। বাংলাদেশের কাউকে এরকম আত্মহত্যা করতে দেখা যায় নি।
