মেদস্যাঁ সঁ ফ্রন্তিয়া (ফরাসি: Médecins Sans Frontières — উচ্চারণ: আ-ধ্ব-ব mɛtsɛ̃ sɑ̃ fʁɔ̃tjɛʁ) বা এমএসএফ (MSF) ধর্মনিরপেক্ষ, বেসরকারি মানবিক সাহায্য সংস্থা। বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন যুদ্ধবিদ্ধস্ত অঞ্চলে এবং উন্নয়নশীল দেশগুলো বিভিন্ন স্থানীয় রোগশোকের বিরূদ্ধে কাজ করার জন্য এ সংগঠনটি বিশেষভাবে পরিচিত। এটি এর ইংরেজি নাম ডক্টরস উইদাউট বর্ডারস (Doctors Without Borders) নামেও পরিচিত।

নাইজেরীয় গৃহযুদ্ধের পর ১৯৭১ সালে কয়েকজন ফরাসি ডাক্তারের একটি ছোট দল সংগঠনটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করে। তাঁরা বিশ্বাস করতেন বর্ণ-ধর্ম-রাজনীতি নির্বিশেষে মানুষের চিকিৎসা সুবিধা পাওয়ার অধিকার আছে। এবং এই অধিকার কোনো সীমান্তের বেড়াজালে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকতে পারে না।
