নেদারল্যান্ড্স (ওলন্দাজ ভাষায় Nederland নেড্যর্লান্ট্ [ˈne:dərlɑnt] অর্থাৎ "নিম্নদেশ") ইউরোপ মহাদেশের একটি রাষ্ট্র। এর রাজধানীর নাম অ্যামস্টারডাম। এর সরকারি নাম নেদারল্যান্ড্স রাজ্য (Koninkrijk der Nederlanden কোনিংক্রেইক্ ডের্ নেড্যর্লান্ডেন্)।
এই দেশ "হল্যান্ড" (Holland হলান্ট্) নামেও পরিচিত, যদিও হল্যান্ড মূলতঃ কেবল নেদারল্যান্ডসের একটি ঐতিহাসিক অঙ্গরাজ্যের নাম।
