ডিঙ্গো কুকুর একসময় মানুষের পোষা ছিল। কিন্তু এখন বন্য ও হিংস্র হয়ে গেছে। এই কুকুর মুলত অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় পাওয়া যায়। এছাড়াও ইন্দোচীন এলাকাতেও এই কুকুর পাওয়া যায়।
