জন ডেভিড ব্যারো এফআরএস (জন্ম: নভেম্বর ২৯, ১৯৫২, লন্ডন) ইংরেজ বিশ্বতত্ত্ববিদ, তাত্ত্বিক পদার্থবিজ্ঞানী এবং গণিতবিদ। বর্তমানে তিনি কেমব্রিজ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে গাণিতিক বিজ্ঞানের গবেষণা অধ্যাপক হিসেবে কর্মরত আছেন। মৌলিক গবেষণা ছাড়াও জনপ্রিয় বিজ্ঞান গ্রন্থ এবং শৌখিন নাট্যকার হিসেবে তার পরিচিতি রয়েছে।
