জন ডিফ্রান্সিস

জন ডিফ্রান্সিস (ইংরেজি ভাষায়: John DeFrancis) (৩১শে আগস্ট, ১৯১১, ব্রিজপোর্ট, কানেটিকাট, মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র – ২রা জানুয়ারি, ২০০৯, হনলুলু, হাওয়াই, মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র) একজন মার্কিন ভাষাবিজ্ঞানী ও চীনবিদ। তিনি চীনা ভাষা শিক্ষার বই রচয়িতা ও চীনা অভিধান প্রণেতা হিসেবে খ্যাত। মৃত্যুর আগে তিনি মানোয়ার হাওয়াই বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে চৈনিক গবেষণার সংখ্যাতিরিক্ত অধ্যাপক (Professor Emeritus) ছিলেন।
