ছারপোকা (অথবা ছার পোকা) সিমিসিডে গোত্রের একটি পরজীবী পতঙ্গ যা মানুষ ও অন্যান্য উষ্ণ রক্ত বিশিষ্ট পোষকের রক্ত খেয়ে বেঁচে থাকে। ইংরেজিতে এর নাম হল Bedbug অর্থাৎ বিছানার পোকা। এর এমন নামকরণের কারণ হল এর পছন্দের আবাসস্থল: ম্যাট্রেস, সোফা এবং অন্যান্য আসবাবপত্র[১]। পুরোপুরি নিশাচর না হলেও ছারপোকা সাধারণত রাতেই সক্রিয় থাকে।
