গড সেইভ দ্য কুইন (ইংরেজি: God Save the Queen; বাংলা: ঈশ্বর রানীকে রহ্মা কর) সেন্ট হেলেনার জাতীয় সঙ্গীত। এটি যুক্তরাজ্য এবং তার প্রাক্তন উপনিবেশসমূহের (বর্তমানে যেগুলো স্বাধীন সার্বভৌম রাষ্ট্র) সমন্বয়ে গঠিত মৈত্রীজোটের জাতীয় সঙ্গীত।
