উবুন্টু স্টুডিও হল উবুন্টু লিনাক্স ডিস্ট্রিবিউশনের একটি অফিসিয়াল ডেরিভেটিভ।[১] মাল্টিমিডিয়া ভিত্তিক কাজসমূহ কর্যকরভাবে সম্পন্ন করার জন্য এই ডিস্ট্রিবিউশনটি তৈরী করা হয়েছে। প্রথম সংস্করণটি প্রকাশিত হয়েছিল উবুন্টু ৭.০৪ এর ভিত্তি করে ১০ মে, ২০০৭ তারিখে।
