ড. ইয়োসেফ ম্যাঙ্গেলা (ইংরেজি: Dr. Josef Mengele — জার্মান উচ্চারণ: ইয়োসেফ্ ম্যাঙ্গেলা) (১৬ মার্চ ১৯১১ – ৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি, ১৯৭৯) একজন জার্মান সামরিক কর্মকর্তা এবং নাৎসি বন্দী শিবির অশ্চভিট্জ-বিরকেনুর একজন চিকিৎসক। তিনি জার্মানির মিউনিখ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে নৃতত্ত্বে এবং ফ্রাংকফুর্ট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ঔষধশাস্ত্রে ডক্টরেট ডিগ্রি লাভ করেন। তিনি মূলত পরিচিত একজন নাৎসি চিকিৎসক হিসেবে, যেখানে তাঁর দায়িত্ব ছিলো আগত বন্দীদের বাছাই করা যে কাদেরকে হত্যা করা হবে আর কাদেরকে দাস হিসেবে খাটানো হবে। এছাড়া বন্দীদের ওপর বিভিন্ন রকম পরীক্ষানিরীক্ষা চালানোর জন্য তিনি বিশেষভাবে পরিচিত। তাঁর কর্মস্থলে তিনি "অ্যাঞ্জেল অফ ডেথ" বা "বিউটিফুল ডেভিল" নামে পরিচিত ছিলেন।
